It is a sad, sad, day when you realize that your boyfriend has more SNEAKERS than all of the shoes in your entire collection.

There was a home remodeling crew that were to be in my home, largely unattended. What's important to mention here is: items (tools, containers, tarps, materials) were already being discovered as being taken without permission, and there were many requests by the foreman to acquire my weight set, clothes, and shoes that he would come across. I told him sorry, and that nothing is to be considered his without my direct giving to him.

Well, he continued to ask for this and that, these and those. I couldn't watch over his shoulder the entire time that he was in my house, so I decided to take a picture of all the shoes that I had that I figured he might wish to claim (in one way or another).

Now, this doesn't explain the amount of sneakers I have, but it is an explanation for the snapshot. However, seeing that I am a grown man now, and my feet are no longer growing, if my shoes still fit me and they are not too thrashed, then they are welcome to stay if I have the space to keep them. Besides, getting into my later years, I have found that styles do come full-circle, and man would I be sharp sporting my own retros, ala ME!
