Training
I'm gearing up for the Nike Run Hit Remix race in July and must bid adieu to wine until then :(
While on normal days it doesn't affect me, I realized today that I experience a bit of grogginess in the morning when I consume wine the night before. So, on that note, cheers to all of you and have a lovely glass of Petite Syrah for me.
My self induced training schedule calls for increases of .25 miles per week over the course of 10 weeks. This race is only a 5 miler but my goal for 2006 is to increase my speed...
