I had a lovely weekend with Jami and Ty. The highlight of the weekend was the 5 mile run on Sunday morning. I beat my fastest pace, shaving a minute off per mile. I'm gearing up for the 10 mile Iron Girl run at the beginning of December, but my next endeavor is the Phoenix New Times 10k run through Tempe in November.
